Dr. Charles Mugaviri is a visionary leader and social entrepreneur. He pioneered the LASOF Global Mission which has trained over 7,000 leaders since its inception in 2002. Charles carries a deep burden and a big vision for inspiring and empowering young people in Africa (and globally) to become legacy building leaders. For the last 25 years, he has taught and inspired thousands of young people and leaders in various contexts alongside his wife and purpose partner, Shingie. His deep love and passion for empowering young people and leaders is his source of inspiration.

Charles is a highly gifted and impactful speaker who has spoken at various corporate, educational, government and community platforms internationally. These platforms include being the Guest Speaker at the opening of the Labour Party Conference, U.K. on 27 September 1998. His presentations are highly motivational and exude great inspiration and wisdom. Charles has also contributed to several radio and television programs.

Charles is responsible for Certified Life Coach Training and Executive Coach Training in southern & eastern countries in Africa.
