Why We Exist

To make the world a better place through coaching.

Our Educational Philosophy

The faculty at the Certified Coaches Federation believe that the primary criteria for anyone to be qualified to be a Life Coach isn't a course as much as it is the lessons they've learned from life, including lessons from victories and losses, frustrations and all the events that have given them the ability to offer perspective. Our students tend to be more experienced, confident and know that a good Life Coach Training Program need not be too time-consuming or complicated.

One of the reasons over 15,000 coaches have chosen the Certified Coaches Federation’s programs is because they’ve realized that effective coaching tools and language can be free from unnecessary jargon. Our Certified Coaches may already have a Masters Degree, a Ph.D., or years of experience in a specific field. What they don't want to do is waste time! Our Certified Life Coaching Training Programs and our in-house Executive Coaching Training Programs have been endorsed by thousands of companies, associations, authors and self-improvement experts. Our Life Coach Certification Programs have received the highest recommendations worldwide. Find out for yourself why the Certified Coaches Federation is known as one of the best Life Coach Certification Training organizations in the world!

Our Coaching Philosophy

Certified Coaches Federation teaches and supports a form of coaching that honors the client as the expert in their own life and work. We believe that every client is creative, resourceful, and whole. Using this as a foundation for our coaching process, we believe it is the coach's responsibility is to:

  • Discover, clarify, and align with what the client wants to achieve
  • Encourage client self-discovery and self-empowerment
  • Elicit client-generated solutions and strategies
  • Hold the client responsible and accountable

Our Core Values

These are the Core Values that support the vision, shape the culture, and reflect the heart of the Certified Coaches Federation and the Healthy Wealthy and Wise®Corporation and its members:

CCF Core Values

Courage

What it means: We embrace risk to experience life to the fullest

How CCF strives to live this value: We ask ourselves tough questions, open ourselves to all feedback from our members, and create opportunities to make the world a better place.

How we encourage you to live this value: Recognize that you don’t need to be perfect to help others and that you have value that you can make available to those that will benefit from it by starting to coach as soon as you are certified. Have the courage to move ahead in the presence of fear, as the best of life is just beyond that fear.

Abundance

What it means: We are grateful for what we have and create

How CCF strives to live this value: We appreciate the opportunity to serve our members and don’t take it for granted. Every course participant and new coach is yet another way we can appreciate what we are creating together.

How we encourage you to live this value: See all the great things around you, even in the midst of challenges. As has been said, “your hardest day is likely a dream day for someone facing tougher circumstances.”

Accountability

What it means: We are accountable to ourselves, our goals, and our members

How CCF strives to live this value: We are accountable to our members and our employees and contractors to be the best we can be. When we make mistakes we own up to them and will make-good.

How we encourage you to live this value: Be accountable to yourself to create the life you want as well as be accountable to your clients to be the best coach you can be.

Constant Improvement

What it means: We can start where we are and get better

How CCF strives to live this value: We constantly look at how we can make what we offer better than it has been in the past. We welcome member feedback and engagement so we can continue to learn what you want and need to be successful as coaches.

How we encourage you to live this value: Resist perfectionism and embrace everything it has taken to get you where you are so you can continue to improve. Life is a work in progress and with patience and perseverance, will get better and better.

Community

What it means: Diversity is our strength

How CCF strives to live this value: We are building a powerful community of coaches dedicated to making the world a better place. We welcome coaches from any and all backgrounds and know our strength is in our diversity.

How we encourage you to live this value: See value in all your clients and embrace the community you are creating as a coach. Your effect ripples outwards from you to your clients and to their circle of influence as well. By serving your clients to the best of your ability, you create positive change far beyond each client.
