Clearly Seeing your way

Individuals spend an extraordinary amount of time and effort defining and pursuing goals, yet only a fraction of that time is dedicated to ensuring that these goals are linked to each other and support a larger vision. One of the biggest challenges that people face is how to improve coordination amongst goals.

While most goals are aligned somewhat, they are often not aligned to the degree that they could be. When an individual’s goals are not aligned behind a compelling vision there is a risk that they will give up or end up running the treadmill.

Giving Up occurs when individuals do not see how their effort contributes to anything larger. Effort is perceived as having little significance.

Running the Treadmill happens when individuals double their effort but don’t seem to move forward towards accomplishing their goals. These people are working hard but it is unclear how their work is contributing to the goals they want to achieve.

A clear vision helps in both of these cases. When people can see where they are heading and why heading that way is important, they can begin to work clearly toward accomplishing their goals.

An executive or the owner of a small business looking to find balance to help  take the next step to success, a college student looking for a creative breakthrough for the perfect thesis, a career changer wanting to start a new career while making a difference in the lives of others - whatever circumstances, goals, aspirations or dreams their lives are in transition and are determined to make their life be what they want it to be!

Here’s the good news! A Life Coach helps individuals achieve their goals.  Athletes do not excel in their sport on physical ability alone. They all have coaches guiding, motivating and encouraging them along the way.

Here’s what a Life Coach offers:

•  Realization of hidden potential

•  Tools to identify limiting beliefs and obstacles that sabotage growth

•  Identification of strengths and weaknesses

•  Strategies for personal development

•  Guidance to create a plan of action that turn dreams into reality

•  Partnership with clients all the way to success!

As a former U.S. Marine Corps Career Recruiter, Director of Admission only to enter the realm of Advertising Sales, my professional journey has been one with plenty of travel, adventure and rewards. Yet I didn’t feel that my journey was complete. Deep inside I had a desire to combine all that I’d learned from each professional experience into one career that I would love forever. This was the easy part. Making it happen was the tough part!

Then I came across an article about Life Coaching and shortly thereafter met with my first coach. It was here that my vision became clear. Coaching led me to discover the common thread between the professional careers that I had - I was helping others to achieve their goals by connecting their past and present with their future. Today I enjoy a successful Life and Executive Coaching practice of my own.

I have coached with many very successful individuals, receiving pearls of wisdom, however after taking the CCF course I was in awe at what I learned. This program is definitely unique. I was amazed at, not only the training the coach receives, but the gift of what we have to give back to the client, THE SCRIPT. I am very impressed and excited to begin working with others. I feel what we have to offer will advance clients very quickly in reaching their goals. Once they tell others...I only hope we can keep up with the demands of success, a great problem to have!
