Derrick Sweet, Executive Director & Founder

Derrick created the coaching model that is the foundation of the Certified Coaches Federation™ Certified Coach Practitioner Training and Development Program because there just wasn't a quality Coaching Certification Training Program in the marketplace that could teach people: A) How to coach effectively, and B) How to earn a solid income as a coach.  Many coaching programs today are too expensive and are far to complicated and time consuming.  Coaching is all about perspective and both the process of learning how to coach and the experience of being coached... should be a simple process!  Our organization makes it possible and profitable to be a coach!

Derrick is also the Chairman and Founder of the Healthy Wealthy and Wise® (HWW) Corporation, an international training and development company offering corporate, government and institutional training and development programs. The HWW Corporation now owns the Certified Coaches Federation.

Derrick is best known as a popular corporate keynote speaker and author of three highly celebrated books: Healthy Wealthy and Wise, Get The Most Out Of Life , and You Don't Have To Die To Go To Heaven. Derrick earned his Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration at Johnson State College.

Marsha Sweet - Chief Operating Officer, Certified Coaches Federation

Marsha has been working for the parent company of CCF (the Healthy Wealthy and Wise Corporation) for the past six years.  Prior to working with CCF & HWW Marsha worked in Toronto, Canada for the Toronto Board of Education.  Marsha is known in our company as "the backbone of the operation," working with our Master Coach Trainers to help schedule and plan their training dates.  Marsha also manages our dedicated team of customer service representatives who answer our calls and set up phone appointments with our Master Coach Trainers.  

If you call to register for any of our upcoming courses odds are you may be speaking with Marsha, because she wears many hats in addition to running our company!

Marsha works out of our corporate head office at the Big Sky Ranch, in the Kawartha Lakes, Ontario and is responsible for overseeing company operations as well as working with our Master Coaches.

Dr. Nadyne Guzmán - Vice President

Dr. Nadyne Guzmán is Professor Emerita of Leadership at the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs. Her research centers around self leadership, leadership and spirituality, and cultural competency - all within the context of systems theory and the interconnectedness of human beings in their quest for peace. Dr. Guzmán is currently completing a book on the creation of infinite excellence through individual wholeness, connection with All, integrity, and ecological awareness. In her work with individuals, teams, and corporations she emphasizes cultural competency and the learning community as essential elements for optimal success.  She coaches, guides, and facilitates individuals and organizations internationally toward excellence.  Dr. Guzmán also works with our corporate clients offering our in-house Certified Executive Coach Training Program.

Dr. Helen Heubi - Vice President

Dr. Heubi  has taught and facilitated on three continents. She has witnessed life-changing breakthroughs in the arts, business, language mastery and science, as her clients mapped out new perspectives and possibilities for life balance and momentum.

Dr. Heubi is a graduate of Modern Languages and Literatures at Toronto University and holds a post-graduate diploma in Journalism from the University of Western Ontario. In July, 2008, at the age of 77, she realized one of her own goals: a Ph.D. in Therapeutic Counseling.  She is delighted to train coaches, knowing that they will make a profound contribution in their families, communities, countries - and the world.

Dr. Catherine Comuzzi-Vice President, Certified Coaches Federation

Catherine Comuzzi is a psychotherapist, educator, consultant and trainer. She holds graduate degrees in counselling psychology and a post graduate diploma in Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy from the Toronto Psychoanalytic Society. She has an extensive background and training in Spiritual Psychology, Psychosynthesis, Relational Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy and Jungian Psychology. Catherine is an experienced and respected facilitator and has conducted numerous process-oriented retreats and workshops for individuals and organizations throughout Canada, in the United States and Europe.

Dr. Jennifer A. Gage - Vice President, Certified Coaches Federation

An energetic speaker, Master NLP Practitioner and peak performance expert Dr. Gage has distinguished herself in fields as diverse as mind-body medicine, spirituality and business. Her insight and advice has helped hundreds of people overcome their self-limiting beliefs and create vibrant, more personally satisfying lives for themselves.

Dr. Gage’s clients have included entrepreneurs, stay- at-home moms, doctors, nurses and the employees of Virginia National Bank, The Darden School of Business, Hauser Homes, Real Estate III and State Farm Insurance. Shelley Flynn - Vice President, Certified Coaches Federation

Shelley has been a lawyer for more than 20 years working for some of the largest banks and financial services companies in Canada and the United States.  She specialized in the areas of Wealth Management, Government Relations, Compliance and Privacy law and also operated her own law practice with offices in Yorkville, Toronto and downtown St. Catharines in the Niagara Region.  Shelley also received training in the areas of Family Law Mediation and Collaborative Family Law which helps couples transition through the divorce process in a way that least impacts the children. Shelley is also a Registered Holistic Nutritionist.

Shelley joins CCF after working as a lawyer for more than 20 years.

Dr. Dee Yoh - Vice President, Certified Coaches Federation

Intentional Living in Life and Business is Dee Yoh’s focus. “We create our lives in every moment with every thought we have and every action we take. Often we are not even remotely aware that we are creating, let alone what we are creating. Through the coaching process, we tackle issues we struggle with and often, doors we didn’t even realize were shut begin to open as well.” Dee has 20+ years in business management, and has 14 years experience as an international speaker, trainer and consultant.  She has an educational background in Economics, Psychology and Spiritual Counseling with a focus on the impact of systemic issues on families and in businesses.

Sherry Prindle - Vice President, Certified Coaches Federation

Patrick Mathieu - Regional Vice President
